If you need a different length please let us know in the message to seller when placing your order. But please know, it will no longer be the same as the chain shown in the photos. It would be the silver chain shown in all of our other urn listings. It is a rollo chain as opposed to a snake chain, which is what is shown in this listing.
We have the following lengths in the rollo chains - 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 inches that you can choose froma.
So when ordering, if you do not want the 20 inch snake chain, you could select one of the lengths we carry in the rollo chain. Again you would let us know what length by noting it to us in the message to seller when placing your order.
